BUY IN MENAKI

WHAT DO WE DO?

We know moving is not easy, that is why we want to help you sending to your new home a box with all the basic products to equip it: pans, sheets, towels… This is the most comfortable way for getting everything you need without having to go to the different shops.


HOW DOES IT WORK?

We explain you how to make your orders in the How it works section.


MODIFY OR CANCEL YOUR ORDER

You will be able to modify or cancel your order contacting us though our e-mail devoluciones@menaki.es or though the contact form. Keep in mind that you only will be able to do it if the order is not in an advance state of preparation.


SOMETHING IS MISSING

If you are buying in our web and you cannot find a product, do not hesitate to contact us in the Contact us section. We will try to get it for you, and we will consider adding it to our regular list of products.


SIZES

The sizes of our sheets are designed for beds that measures 90 cm, 105 cm, 135 cm and 150 cm wide. But if your sheets have other measures ours can also be fine for you. Here we give our recommendations to know which size matches your bed the best. Anyways, you can contact us by our web or by our networks and we will be happy to help you.

  • Beds until 90 cm we recommend: sheet size 90 cm.
  • Beds from 91 to 105 we recommend: sheet size 105 cm.
  • Beds from 106 to 140 we recommend: sheet size 135 cm.
  • Beds from 141 to 160 we recommend: sheet size 150 cm.

COLOURS

Some of our packs offer you the option of choosing a color. These are slightly more expensive than our non-colored options, as their production process is more complex.


PRODUCTS LOOK

Our goal is to offer the best products at the best price without you having to worry about anything. For this reason, sometimes the products that we send in our packs may be different from those in the photos, since it is possible that we will run out of stock. In any case, we would always send you the closest one we have or we would ask you if you want to continue with the order.

PAYMENT AND BILLING

PAYMENT METHODS

You can pay by the next methods:

CARD

The amount of your order is charged to your account once the order is shipped. Most banks block the amount at the time of purchase and make the actual charge later.

BIZUM

If you pay with BIZUM the amount will be charged at the exact time of the purchase. You can buy with complete peace of mind in our shops, as we make a great effort to guarantee the security of your purchases and your data.



SAFE PAYMENT

At the time of entering the payment data, a bank window will be opened so that you can enter your data in the safest way, in this way we do not have access to them and, therefore, they are not stored. We also inform you that we have the SSL certificate so that your data is treated in the safest and most confidential way possible.


INVOICES

You can request an invoice for your order as an individual or as a company. Contact us and we will send it to you.

SHIPMENT AND FEES

HOME DELIVERY

Our usual procedure is that our packs are already in our collaborating student halls, therefore at the time of your purchase the pack will already be there. However, there is the option that they have run out of stock or that residence does not have it. Then, your box will be delivered the date that you select when you introduce your shipping data. Standard delivery: 5 working days. 99% of our delivers arrive in 3 days.

Fees:

  • Orders under 90€: 0€
  • Orders over 90€: FREE

You will receive updates on the status of your order and its delivery by email and/or SMS.


WHERE DO WE SEND?

We deliver in Spain, with the exception of the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, and Portugal.


TRACK YOUR ORDER

In this section of our website you can see how your order is located.

RETURNS

You have 30 days from the time you receive the email confirming the dispatch of your order to make a return. You will have to contact us through our contact form or through our email devoluciones@menaki.es. Once we respond, you will need to send the items yourself to the address we send you.

For any return it is essential to attach the printed ticket or some paper indicating the details of the order.

*Remember that the items you return must be in the same condition as you received them.


REFUND

You will receive a confirmation email once the return has been processed. The amount will be paid in the same method of payment that you used to pay for the order. The amount will be paid in full if the return is requested within 14 days of delivery of the order. From the 14th to the 30th day, the price of the articles will be refunded, but the money corresponding to the shipping costs will not be refunded.

*In the case that the order has a discount for volume purchase, the discount applied will be lost, if in the case of having bought only the rest of the products this discount had not been granted.
